Who We Are

TERA & PICO Inc. is a relatively young and dynamic corporate entity registered in Nigeria by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as Business Name “TERA & PICO VENTURES” on Monday, 26th October 2009 with registration number OS183 and as a Limited Liability Company “TERA & PICO Engineering And Construction Services Limited” with Registration number RC 1469110. The company started operation in 2008 as a Solution Provider for both Laboratories and Industries, using chemicals as raw materials for their production. Later, it diversified into Project Management, Building and Civil Construction, Borehole Drilling and Water Treatment, Sales and Supply of Computer and Accessories, Agricultural Consultancy as well as General Contract & Supply.

TERA & PICO has undertaken several projects both as a Sub – Contractor to many contracting firms and also as the Main Contractor, Supplier and Service provider, especially to Osun State Government, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Osun State University, Osun Rural Access and Mobility Project, Osun School Infrastructure (O’School) Project, Osun State MDGs Office, Edward Property Konsult Lagos, Osun State FADAMA III (World Bank Assisted) Project, Landbridge Nigeria Limited Lagos and of course as partner to her Sister Company TERA & PICO NIGERIA LIMITED, a Construction Company specialized in Soil stabilization and Bricks Technology.
